Ryan Worthen

Ever since Ryan Worthen built his first web site at the young age of 14, his passion and talent have grown for helping clients recognize unique, cutting-edge approaches to promoting their product, service or mission.

From a local retail store serving its community to a mega-church effectively reaching around the globe, Ryan’s ability to consistently converge key messages with various forms of media make That One Company, Inc. a natural choice for organizations that have a willingness and appreciation for truly creative communications.

He is an active member and current president-elect of the Public Relations Society of America (Thoroughbred Chapter) and serves on the board of directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass.  He is an avid outdoorsman, former collegiate tennis player and an regularly inconsistent golfer.

Ryan grew up in Toledo, Ohio, and graduated from Toledo Christian Schools. He received his B.A. in Business Management from Asbury College and now resides in Lexington, Kentucky.

Neal Schultz

Neal Schultz knew early in his high school years at Lexington Christian Academy that he wanted to pursue a degree relating to business. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, a firm foundation was laid for helping small businesses develop their ideas and reach the highest level of productivity and profitability.

As a graduate of Asbury College with a B.A. in Accounting, Neal has a strong understanding of finance and efficient business management. He has extensive experience working with small businesses to achieve their fiscal goals and shares That One Company's vision of providing clients with the absolute best service and solutions available.

Neal is a member of the Michigan Society of CPA's, takes every opportunity to get outdoors, and enjoys beating Ryan at a round of golf.

Neal grew up in Wilmore, Kentucky and now lives in Plymouth, Michigan.
